What To Expect
Start the day with morning pickup at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel. Board a bus for the scenic drive to My Tho, with a stop at Ben Luc to visit a distinctive Vinh Trang temple.

Upon arrival in My Tho, transfer into a motor boat for a cruise along the Mekong River, passing fish cages and floating houses along the way, and enjoying views of classic Mekong Delta landscapes. Stop at a small island in the river to visit a family home, listen to traditional Vietnamese music, and taste fresh fruits, honey tea, and honey wine. To continue into the smaller canals that branch off the main waterway, board a rowing boat that’s maneuverable and perfect for ducking under foot bridges and overhanging plants. Then stop at a restaurant for a set lunch of Vietnamese food.

After lunch, return to the larger boat for the cruise back to My Tho, where you’ll meet the bus for the return trip to Ho Chi Minh City. This tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel. 

1. Vinh Trang
Temple At 8:00AM, At 8:00AM. We depart from your Ho Chi Minh City. During the 1.5 car ride, we will pass through by green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho. The first stop is Vinh Trang pagoda. It is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta region. You will be guided to explore the most beautiful temple in the region. block filled with fruit trees in the village of My Hoa in the town of My Phong, on the banks of the Bao Dinh canal. In the main hall of the temple, there are multiple statues of various Buddhas including Amitabha Buddha, Gautama Buddha, various arahants and bodhisattvas.

2. My Tho
Your trip continues from here by motorized boat on the Tien River to the Qui, the Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet. Walk into the village, where you can visit a local fruit garden and enjoy the tropical fruit while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by islanders. Here you can join daily activities of the local people and take in the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside. Visit the bee house. Lunch will be served at orchard garden.

3. Ben Tre
The boat cruises to Ben Tre province known as "The Land of Coconut. Here you'll visit the coconut candy-making shop. Next, enjoy a rowing boat trip on the small canal, fully covered by water coconut palms on both side. After that, you will have time to relax on a hammock or bike around the village. At 3:30PM, head back to Ho Chi Minh city, arrive at around 5:30PM.
