Description
Explore Vietnam with this 8-day tour from Hanoi! On the first day, you'll be welcomed by your guide and accompanied to your hotel. After the check-in, you'll enjoy a traditional dinner.

The following day, you'll enjoy a tour of the city and visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex with the President's Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda before reaching the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam. After lunch, you'll also enjoy the Water Puppet Show and visit the Saint Joseph Cathedral.

On the third day, you'll leave Hanoi to reach Tam Coc. There, you'll walk along the Ngo Dong river to reach the Tam Coc grottoes. After, you'll head towards Hoa Lu, the capital of the Dinhand Early Le dynasties. You'll visit the Dinh-Le sanctuary and admire the statues of the Emperors. You'll then catch the train towards Sapa and spend the night on the train.

The following day, you'll reach Lao Cai and then go to Sapa. You'll taste the Vietnamese noodles and then visit the local market. After, you'll proceed towards the village of Cat Cat where you'll meet the H'Mongtribe minority people and learn about their lifestyle and traditions. After lunch, you'll have some time to explore Sapa.

The next day, you'll visit the villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. There, you'll meet the local communities and admire the natural landscapes. You'll then return back to Sapa and take the train to Hanoi. You'll spend the night on the train.

Once arrived in Hanoi in the early morning, you'll check in at your hotel and have breakfast. Then, your driver will pick you up and take you to Halong Bay. There, you'll enjoy a welcome drink and a delicious sea food lunch. After lunch, you'll start your cruise around the bay and admire the famous "karsts" formations. The boat will stop at Titop island and you'll have one hour to climb, swim or relax. You'll then enjoy a sunset dinner and spend the night on the boat.

You'll start the following day with Tai Chi on the sundeck while enjoying some tea and coffee. Then, you'll enjoy a boat cruise along the Bay and admire Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves and explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). You'll enjoy a buffet lunch served on board and then go back to the harbor and to Hanoi city.
