SAPA TWO-DAY TRIP

Information

Fall in love with the Sapa region to the north of Vietnam, where you'll discover the most authentic side of the country, visiting the mountains and learning how the native tribes live.

Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai
We'll pick you up first thing in the morning, beginning our 2-day excursion to Sapa.

After a 5-hour journey in which you can admire the stunning Vietnamese countryside from the comfort of your seat, we'll arrive at Sapa to check in to the three-star hotel where we'll be staying.

Having dropped our things, we'll head to a local restaurant to fuel up on traditional Vietnamese dishes, then take a minibus to begin our first day's route, which will last about four hours.

The tour takes in Lao Chai, a little village populated by little-seen peoples in Vietnam, such as the Miao. Also known as the H'Mongs, the Miao people are the predominant ethnic group in Sapa, and we'll tour the narrow streets and markets, learning about their customs and traditions as we explore the most authentic side of Vietnam. 

Our route then continues to the Ta Van, where we can find the mountain people known as the Zay. From here we'll tour their rice paddies, exploring the natural wonders that the Muong Ha valley offers us, as well as its famous hanging bridges.

The day finishes in the Giang Ta Chai village, where we'll enjoy a delicious traditional dinner before returning to Sapa to sleep in the hotel.

Day 2: Cat Cat Village - Sapa
Having eaten breakfast we'll make our way to Cat Cat Village, where we'll visit the hydroelectric plant next to the enormous Cat Cat waterfall, where we'll learn more about the cultural and artistic heritage of the Miao people.

Later we'll return to Sapa to eat in a local restaurant, after which you'll have free time to buy a souvenir or explore the streets of the village on your own.

Then around 4 pm, we'll take the bus back to Hanoi, where we'll accompany you back to your hotel.
