CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 5 years old (or under 1m high): Free of charge based on 2 adults 1 kid sharing bed with parents. 2 adults can only accompany one child for free, from the second child will be charged 50% per child
- Children from 5 – 8 years old: 75% of adult price, sharing bed with adult
- Children from 9 years old above: charge as adult price

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: HANOI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE - SIN CHAI VILLAGE (L/D)

06:00 - 06:30 Our bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart to Sapa, following Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway.

10:00 Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfortable short break on the way to Sapa.

13:00 - 13:30 Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before the hotel check-in.

14:30 We start walking to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and locate near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon.
The tour guide continues to take the group to visit Sin Chai village located on the slopes of Fansipan mountain.

17:00 Return to Sapa town for dinner. Enjoy your free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa Market and town.

Day 2: SAPA - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI - TA VAN (B/L/D)

07:00 - 08:00 Having breakfast at the hotel.

08:00 Start trekking about 6 km to the Southeast of Sapa along the slopes of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of Black H’mong. After that, we will continue walking about 3 km to Lao Chai village of the H’mong people. Tourists need to walk through a small tunnel/over a small bridge leading to Muong Hoa valley to get inside the village.

12:00 - 12:30 Having lunch at Ta Van village then check-in and rest

Afternoon Tour guide takes you to visit villages of the local people

17:00 Comeback to homestay and rest. Then prepare to learn how to cook some local dishes.

18:30 Enjoy dinner with the dishes you have made.

Day 3: SAPA - BAC HA MARKET - HANOI (B/L)

07:00 Having breakfast at the hotel, then depart to Bac Ha market. At the market you will meet Flower Hmong (Red Hmong), Red Dao, Tay, Nung, La Chi, Phu La and other tribal groups who come to buy and sell a wide variety of goods and livestock, to exchange news and to renew friendships. In the past the market was a center for trading horses but now motorbikes have replaced them. It is more common to see buffalo, cows, goats, fish and others.

12:00 Lunch at local restaurant

13:30 Trekking to Ban Pho village of the Flower H’Mong people, to see their house, the daily life, understand more about their lifestyle and traditional customs. Especially, we can try homemade corn wine. Driving back to Sapa, 110 km in about 3 hours ride. En-route, stop to see Trung Do village of the Tay people (if time permits).

16:30 Arrival in Lao Cai , the bus stops at the restaurant, you wait at the restaurant then the sleeper bus picks you up and returns to Hanoi

21:00 Arrive in Hanoi. End of tour.
